What a summer it’s been at Bucking Hell Apparel!

Summer is always an exciting time for an equestrian-inspired business, with horse shows, yard life, events and plenty of opportunities to get creative. But behind every finished product is a lot of planning, stitching, designing, ordering, packing and, occasionally, wondering what on earth we were thinking when we took on another project!

More than just embroidery

This summer, we’ve been busy working on a real mix of projects, from personalised horse rugs and saddle pads to workwear, teamwear and personalised gifts.

We love that no two orders are quite the same. One day we might be working on something for a riding club, the next creating branded clothing for a local business, and then switching things up with a completely different personalised design.

That variety is one of the things we love most about what we do. We aren't just putting logos onto products. We're helping clubs look smart, businesses build their identity and customers create something that feels personal to them.

Behind the scenes of a small business

Social media can make running a business look like a constant stream of finished orders, beautifully presented products and exciting announcements.

The reality? There's a whole lot more going on behind the scenes!

There are stock orders to remember, designs to prepare, embroidery files to perfect, machines to keep running, customer messages to answer and all the little jobs that somehow take up an entire afternoon.

And, of course, there's always something new we'd love to try.

We're continually exploring new products, techniques and ways to bring customers' ideas to life. We love experimenting with different finishes and combining techniques to create something a little different from the ordinary.

Because if there's one thing we believe, it's that personalised doesn't have to mean predictable.

Supporting our equestrian community

The equestrian world has always been a huge part of Bucking Hell Apparel. From saddle pads and horse rugs to clothing for riders, yards and clubs, we're proud to create products for a community we're passionate about.

We know how much the little details matter. A beautifully embroidered logo, matching team clothing or a personalised item can bring a real sense of identity to a club or business.

We've also continued to explore new products, including our personalised sweat rugs, bringing fresh ideas into the mix as we look ahead to the next season.

It's always exciting to see an idea turn into a finished product, especially when it starts with a customer asking, "Do you think you could do this?"

Our favourite answer is usually: let's see what we can create!

Running a small business is a learning curve, and no two weeks are ever the same. There are challenges, busy days, quiet spells and moments when you have to stop and appreciate just how far you've come.
