Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Personalised Items Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Example: If an incorrect size is ordered and the item has been personalised, a return or refund will not be issued.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items If an item is faulty or incorrect, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can assess the situation and proceed accordingly.
3. Postal Delays We do not issue refunds for delayed items in transit. However, we can provide proof of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service. If an item fails to arrive, we can issue a replacement upon verification.
5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the confirmation date. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
